Web Interface does not work

We just buy the new version 10.20 with lifetime update, and newly install the hostmonitor software on a new machine.

We enable the Web Interface, but it always shows the following errors.

If using Firefox:

Connection error.
parsererror
SyntaxError: JSON.parse: bad escaped character at line 179 column 59 of the JSON data

If using Chrome:

Connection error.
parsererror
SyntaxError: Unexpected token:in JSON at position 11510

If using Internet Explorer 11:

Connection error.
parsererror
SyntaxError: å—å…ƒç„¡æ•ˆ

"å—å…ƒç„¡æ•ˆ" means Invalid characters.

How can I debug it?

We have many test name in Traditional Chinese characters.
Dose that means the new web interface support unicode characterset?

When I use Simplified web interface (http://webservice_hostname/ws1/index.htm) then everything works fine.
