preference change with web-interface v4.0 beta

When you change the preferences of the web interface and return to the web-interface, you have to refresh the screen for the changes to take effect.

Web Service uses "no-cache" flag for each page it generates. But some browsers sometimes ignore this flag. What browser do you use?
We tested several versions of IE, Netscape and Opera. Internet Explorer usually refreshes page correctly, but sometimes it ignores "no-cache" flag and takes page from cashe. Bug in browser..
