I forgot to mention that the web page is secured (https on port 8443) so I cannot create an URL test with id= and pw= infos. Should I forget creating this kind of authentication test ?
Thanks ![/url]

Is it possible to test web page with User and Password
I'd like to know if HostMonitor can check if a logon is successful. I have a web page where I need 2 fields to be filled: (User name) and (Password) with an [Enter] key pressed after the password. This is not an NT logon but a proprietary logon.
Thank you !
Thank you !

Dependencies from 'alive 'master test not running
Hello ! We've created URL tests where a master test URL must be alive so that the other dependant URL tests run. Our problem: only the master test runs, the other tests either won't execute or they won't start unless I do a refresh manually. We're using HostMonitor v.8.54 with RMA agent 4.03. Thanks...

Follow-up
Hello !
Monitoring and Alerts are enabledÂ.
With QuickLog enabled, I get this Test/Action result:
RMA Error: 600 - operation is not allowed.
My RMA agent is set up with Local System Account to execute the batch file or the calc.exe.
Do you have an idea as to what I can do next ?
Thanks again...

RMA does not execute external program
Hello ! My problem is that I set my RMA to launch a local batch file (.cmd) when there's a certain word on a web page. I've set the 'Execute by' to be 'the agent' but never see the cmd run in Windows Task Manager. I've also tried just to launch calc.exe but it also won't work. I'll need help on this...

Report run from Root Folder doesn't show certain subfolders
Hello !
I have HTML reports programmed to run at certain intervals. The problem I have is that my main report run from Root does not include certain subfolders, like they do not exist at all.
Can you help me with this ?
Thanks !

Validating website availability with external authentication
Hello ! Here's my problem: We have a web site where authentication is made on a remote web site. Hello again Alex ! Thanks for your last answer regarding the HTTP return codes. I use the %http code%<>200 as a status of my web pages. The problem I have now, is that my passive RMA (with version 4.03) sometimes get no reply so my test automatically switches to warning mode. If I refresh my tests m...

Hello Alex ! By not working, I mean we set up the test like this (to see it fail and give us a Bad result because of the redirect) : We put this URL to test: http://www.website.com/ so that a redirect will go to http://www.website.com/maintenance.htm At this moment, we get a Good result (!)
