Hi there,
We purchased an Enterprise License sometime ago (when I don’t know exactly) and now need to use the Windows RMA side of the software. But we cannot activate the RMA Manager with the Registration code I extracted from the Advanced Host Monitor application.
Is there a way of activating the RMA Manager so we can monitor a remote Windows Server? I believe we need RMA Manager to run this service as Host Monitor complains when we attempt to get statics stating RMA is required...
We are using HM version 7.10. I'm hoping we don't have to purchase a new license...
Any assistance is really appreciated.

Registered Host Monitor immediately but not RSA Manager
Different applications require different registration codes but we cannot publish your registration codes on the forum.But we cannot activate the RMA Manager with the Registration code I extracted from the Advanced Host Monitor application
If you cannot find our e-mail with registration codes, please send request to sales@ks-soft.net, provide your registration name and/or order number

Thank you for your message, completely understand not sending registration codes on this forum! The person who configured Hos Monitor initially is no longer at the company and we don't have his e-mail records anymore either.
I have sent multiple e-mails to the admin, sales & support e-mails for over a month and have had zero reply so I don't hold out any hope of gaining a response from the admin account at all anymore. Would you be able to assist by sending me a direct e-mail or calling me?
