Downgrade problems
I was using 7.78 then I carelessly upgraded to 8.1 beta. I want to go back to 7.78. I have successfully gone back to 7.78, but Web Services keeps reporting "Authorization Failed: Unacceptable IP adress"

How do I downgrade to a previous version?
I am in the same boat. There should be a warning about the upgrade and license. I want to downgrade from version 8. How do I do this without lossing my configuration settings?

I configured Hostmon to monitor traffic; Alert if >6, the unit selected is Mbits/Sec. Hostmon will alert and change to red when it detects 3.5 Mbits/sec. RCC refuses connection
When I attempt to connect to RCC from a remote computer, I get "Connection error. An invalid argument was supplied".
What could be wrong? I am running HostMonitor Ver. 6.10 Enterprise.

The celebration was premature. This is what I found out. If I start hostmonitor as a service, the help menu does not work.
