Downgrade problems

I was using 7.78 then I carelessly upgraded to 8.1 beta. I want to go back to 7.78. I have successfully gone back to 7.78, but Web Services keeps reporting "Authorization Failed: Unacceptable IP adress"

How do I downgrade to a previous version?

I am in the same boat. There should be a warning about the upgrade and license. I want to downgrade from version 8. How do I do this without lossing my configuration settings?

:o
Thanks.

Wow, you exported 101 test item. Which one works incorrectly? BTW: You may export single test item using "Export selected test" option Also, as I see you are monitoring many DHCP servers using Service test method. Probably new DHCP test utility will be useful for you: http://www.ks-soft.n...

Traffic Monitoring status wrong

I configured Hostmon to monitor traffic; Alert if >6, the unit selected is Mbits/Sec. Hostmon will alert and change to red when it detects 3.5 Mbits/sec. Am I choosing the wrong units in a 9 Mbits/Sec circuit? Please give a primer on how to correctly monitor traffic in the following scenario: T1 512...

How do I add the additional RCC licenses to the Hostmonitor registration? I just bought 10 more licenses. :(

RCC refuses connection

When I attempt to connect to RCC from a remote computer, I get "Connection error. An invalid argument was supplied".
What could be wrong? I am running HostMonitor Ver. 6.10 Enterprise.

Yep :D

I am running Windows XP Pro SP2 on the machine hosting Hostmonitor. Other than these minor glitches, this beta version is really an enhancement over the older versions.

Thanks,

The celebration was premature. This is what I found out. If I start hostmonitor as a service, the help menu does not work. The beta version installed in the Program Files\Hostmonitor5 folder; this is where I run the hostmon.exe /InstallService from. I also stopped the first instance of Hostmon5 befo...
